How long does it take to receive a quote?

Your quote requests are evaluated within 2 hours at the latest and a detailed price offer is sent to you. For urgent requests, you can get an instant quote by phone. Our quotes are customized based on cargo type, distance, time and additional service requirements.

How many countries do you serve?

We have regular services to more than 45 countries. Our service network covers a wide geography including all of Europe, the Balkans, CIS countries (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan), the Middle East (Iraq, Iran, UAE) and Scandinavia.

Can I track my cargo in real-time?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with GPS. Through our customer portal, you can monitor the real-time location of your cargo, estimated arrival time and temperature data (for refrigerated shipments) 24/7. You can also receive SMS and email notifications for critical situations.

What is the insurance coverage?

All our shipments are covered by CMR insurance. In addition to standard CMR insurance, additional all-risk insurance options are offered based on cargo value. Special liability insurance is provided for dangerous goods transportation, and temperature deviation coverage is provided for refrigerated shipments.
